Send Terry a message

This post will stay at the top for a while, check below for new stuff, if you're interested...

At the risk of showing that my husband is human and not an invincible warrior I'm asking that you all send him a positive message in the comments area. He's getting close to the end, but war has taken it's toll so tell him IT'S ALMOST OVER AND YOU'RE GONNA MAKE IT!!!

Terry, look beyond this, you'll come home and it will all be a bad dream. We love you and can't wait to see you.

Monique, I came across your blog as I was visiting the blog of my friend Heidi Sims. I have enjoyed reading your posts. My heart goes out to you as you wait for your soldier to come home. I don't think people realize the sacrifices the families of deployed I have been praying for you all and for Terry's safe return. My soldier did not come home....my heart feels a connection to those who go through a deployement....and I pray that they will soon have their deployment behind them and their soldier home in their arms. Terry, thank you for all that you have sacrificed to serve our country.

Terry,

Thanks for everything you and your mates are doing overseas. We're all very anxious to hear about the homecoming, but most importantly, to hear that you're home safe and back with your family.

It's been a long road, but it's almost over. Keep your spirits up, keep thinking about that wonderful family, stay focused and be safe and you'll be home before you know it.

Also, please pass on the same message to your mates, especially to those that might not have a family, in the traditional sense, to come back home to. We want everyone home safe and sound.

Safe tour,

-Brandon

Terry, look who you have to come home too. Nuff there man. You're lucky beyond words, and as an American, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing what many cannot.

Also, your son is wearing a Red Sox uniform, that alone is alot to be proud of!

Terry - The words THANK YOU seem pretty lame in light of what you're doing - but a heartfelt THANK YOU all the same. As the wife of a former military man, I am acutely aware of the importance of what you're doing. God bless you for your sacrifice, and hang in there!
(monique - found your blog through Manic Mom - nice to "meet" you!)

Thanks everyone for your encouraging words, he hasn't read them yet, but he will when he gets access to the Internet again.

Michelle, I'm very sorry for your loss. You're making a sacrifice everyday and we'll remember you in our prayers as well.

Keep hoping, praying, wishing, for all our troops.

Dear Terry, You have a wonderful wife and two beautiful children. Keep thinking of them. You are almost home. Know you and all of the soldiers are thought of often and I pray for your safe return to your family.
Monique - I have a short video of you and the kids at Ty's party if you want to send to Terry.

All, thank you for your kind words, I am lucky beyond words, for a wonderful family, especially my best friend and loving wife. It's weird to think my wife has dozens of other friends that I know nothing about since I have been gone, thank you for being there for her.

You are almost home! Just think of the big beautiful smile your wife will have for you when you get home. And thank you for your service. It means so much to us Americans back at home who love this country and the freedom we have, thanks to the brave men and women in the military.

Terry,

Thank you!! Words do NOT express our gratitude for what you and your family have sacrificed. Our family prays for you often and we are anxious to hear about your reunion. May we never lose sight of all you have done to enable FREEDOM. PRAYING.....
